Qijun Song (宋啟骏) has been dedicating his research to (corpus-based/-assisted) translation studies in socio-political or socio-cultural contexts, (critical) discourse analysis (with special reference to social justice), and metaphor studies.

He serves as the head of the Teaching and Research Office in the Department of Translation and Interpreting at the School of International Studies. My teaching portfolio includes courses such as Advanced English, English Pragmatics, Artificial Intelligence and Corpus Processing, E-C/C-E Translation, Translation Technology, and English Rhetoric. 

As a language specialist at Riotloc and LionBridge, he specializes in providing game localization and esports transcription services for world-renowned video game publishers and tournaments.
